If you can only manage one trip to an art
gallery during your stay in Madrid, make it the Prado
Museum. It's the top collection of Spanish art in the world
but many famous painting from other artists are include.
This museum is so huge that you need a
strategy to make the most of your visit. Step number one is
to make sure you check out the official website before you
visit. Finding it in English is a bit tricky but we have
found it for you.

sure you pick up the guide book which is free at the
museum entrance. Glossy versions will cost you but
will be a memento of your visit. None of the guide
books come anywhere near the quality of the official
